This provision is outstandingnThe inspirational manager and her senior leadership team are highly ambitious. They lead their well-qualified staff exceptionally well to ensure children experience excellent standards of care and learning.nChildren make outstanding progress during their time in the nursery.

Staff are extremely sensitive and responsive to meeting children's individual needs. All groups of children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, are exceptionally well prepared for the next stage in their learning, including their eventual move to school.nStaff use their excellent knowledge of each child's achievements to provide rich, varied and im...aginative experiences that inspire and motivate children.

They maintain a strong and consistent focus on building on all aspects of children's learning underpinned by strong communication, physical, personal and social skills. nStaff are very caring and build extremely strong relationships with all children. Children settle into nursery life quickly and develop strong friendships.

They are very happy, inquisitive and well behaved.nPartnerships with parents are excellent. The manager and her staff work tirelessly to keep parents informed of children's progress and find innovative ways to support them in continued learning at home.

This contributes significantly to children's progress.nThe senior leadership team uses its extensive experience and knowledge to thoroughly evaluate the quality of care and teaching in the nursery. There is a strong commitment and relentless drive to build on the already outstanding practice.
