This provision is outstanding • Managers are totally dedicated to their roles. Their enthusiasm and continuous drive for improvement are clearly evident in all aspects of the setting.

They lead a highly motivated staff team that works extremely hard to maintain the highest quality of practice. • Managers monitor children's progress highly accurately and quickly identify any children who may need extra support. They work extremely closely with parents and external agencies to implement detailed intervention plans to ensure children are making excellent progress and gaps in learning swiftly close.

• All staff are extremely nurturing and sensitive to children's needs and wa...rmly offer comfort when required. Children are exceptionally happy and secure and develop extremely strong bonds with staff. • Partnerships with parents are exceptional.

Staff provide parents with a wealth of information to help them fully understand their children's development and what needs to happen to support them further. Parents comment they value these positive relationships and speak very highly of the staff team and the service they receive. • All staff have an exceptionally secure knowledge of children's abilities and interests.

They use this information to tailor children's learning and to skilfully challenge and support each individual child. All children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, make rapid progress in their development from their starting points. • Staff provide a nurturing environment in which children thrive.

They have very high expectations of what children can achieve. Children behave exceptionally well. They show empathy for others and treat their friends and staff with great care and consideration.
