This provision meets requirements Staff greet children warmly upon their arrival at this friendly and welcoming setting. Younger children's transitions into the environment are supported well as staff ask children how their day has been and what they have been involved in.

Children excitedly store their belongings in lockers, showing increasing levels of independence. Staff value children's opinions and interests. They ask children to share and record their ideas for future activities and new resources to support their enjoyment at the setting.

This helps children to develop a sense of belonging and ownership of their care. Children confidently talk with v...isitors and are happy to share their thoughts. Older children encourage their younger friends to participate in discussions, asking them what they think or would like to share.

Children are eager for visitors to know all the positive aspects of their setting and why they enjoy attending. Children have ample opportunity to play indoors and outdoors. They have continuous access to the outdoor space and are able to self-direct their activities with confidence.

Younger children delight in scooting around the playground and on small inclines on body boards, laughing and squealing together in excitement. They are instrumental in their own play, exploring the environment and using their creativity to make games together. For example, as children gather twigs from the field, they design a campfire, rubbing sticks together to re-enact lighting the firewood.

For example, staff provide a range of craft materials and writing resources to support children's developing creativity and imagination. This contributes positively to their emotional well-being.Children are provided with knowledge of the diverse world they live in.

They explore festivals and special events through books, activities and play. Children openly discuss what makes them unique and celebrate their differences. This means children learn mutual respect and tolerance.

Staff implement effective routines to support children's health and hygiene. Children independently wash their hands, in preparation for snack. Children are encouraged to construct their own fruit kebabs and try new fruits.

Staff use this opportunity to reinforce messages about healthy eating and give new information about 'natural sugars' in foods and the impact of them on our bodies. This helps to give children the information they need to consider a healthy lifestyle.Children enjoy sharing their thoughts, ideas and news with their peers and staff.

They eagerly engage in circle times, which allow them the opportunity to speak and be heard. All children actively listen to their peers and ask questions about their day or news. This supports the club's vision of all children having a voice and the confidence to use it.

Children are clear about the expectations of them. They confidently discuss club rules with visitors. Children understand the importance of being kind, respectful and considerate of others.

Staff consistently and respectfully support children to make the right choices. Consequently, children understand right from wrong. This means children's behaviour is good.

Staff have built strong partnerships with the schools children attend. They gather key messages and information to share with parents and to enhance children's time at the club. For example, staff know when children have had busy days at school and provide them with a calming and relaxing environment, which allows them to wind down at the end of the day.

Parents are extremely happy with the service provided by the club. They praise staff and the activities they provide, claiming their children are always happy to attend the club and are less happy to come home. Parents comment on the range of opportunities offered to children and discuss the detailed handovers at the end of the day.

Leaders and managers are dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for the staff team. Staff report high levels of well-being and support. They attend mandatory training and have daily check-ins with their manager.
