The management team evaluates the setting accurately and demonstrates a strong commitment to ongoing improvements. • Partnerships with parents are strong. Parents are very complimentary about the setting.

They praise the care and professionalism of staff. Parents are happy with the regular information they receive about the progress their children make in all areas of learning. • Staff place a great emphasis on supporting children's communication development, including those who need additional support and children who are lea...rning English as an additional language.

Nominated staff have attended training which focuses on how to encourage children's communication. The new knowledge is shared with colleagues to provide a consistent approach. • Staff know children very well.

They use their observations to gather accurate information about children's development. Staff plan effectively for children's learning. They provide a varied range of attractive activities and children enjoy their learning.

Children make good progress. • Children are confident learners. They play cooperatively together and behave well.
