They lead a team of extremely passionate staff who are highly dedicated in providing an outstanding quality of care and learning for children. Qualified managers and staff strive for excellence and accurately evaluate the quality of their service with parents. • Staff maintain precise observations of children's skills, which are accurately used for their assessments and tracking.

The managers support staff in identifying children's next steps and gaps in their development. These are swiftly identified and acted upon. Children show exceptional progress in all areas.

• Teaching is outstanding. Qualifi...ed staff have expert knowledge of children's individual needs. They provide them with superb opportunities to develop their skills and interests.

Children learn through play and are extremely eager to interact with staff and peers. • All children have their personal requirements met exceptionally well, including children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and those who receive additional funding. Partnerships with external professionals are prompt and exemplary.
