Leaders have high aspirations for staff. They monitor teaching and learning closely and have tackled underperformance swiftly and effectively. Governors know the school well and monitor carefully leaders' effectiveness.

They provide good challenge and support to school leaders. Leaders support to great effect the emotional health and well-being of staff and pupils. Pupils across key stage 1 and key stage 2 make good progress and achieve well in a range of subjects, including reading, writing and mathematics.

Most-able pu...pils receive appropriate challenge. As a result, they make typically good progress. Disadvantaged pupils, and those who have special educational needs and/or disabilities, receive effective additional support.

Consequently, they achieve well from their different starting points. Pupils who speak English as an additional language make typically good progress. Safeguarding is effective.
